Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, this item is fantastic!!! This is the highest quality sweater I have ever bought on Alixpress, it’s very thick and the pattern is perfectly clear. I wear a US small and ordered a M and it fits me oversized, it also definitely stretches. I have yet to wash it but I’ll let anyone know if there is any shrinking afterwards. I highly recommend purchasing it and hope to find more items from this store!!! Thank you

Loooove!!! I bought as a gift and it’s literally so soft outside and inside. Not itchy. Print is nice. It’s already a bit oversized for loose fit so no need to size up but you can if you’d like! The store shipped the next day but mail carrier takes some time.
